Introducing Aurora Workplace Law

I am so pleased to introduce Aurora Workplace Law.

I set up Aurora after seeing my clients' frustration at using external workplace investigators who lacked the technical expertise to understand the legal issues at play in a workplace investigation. Organisations were left with poorly drafted reports and erroneous findings which compromised their legal position. The process fell far short of workers' expectations for how these matters should be properly handled.

Usually I was able to unpick the mistakes and get things back on track, but the process was time consuming and costly. I knew there had to be a better way. I knew that clients wanted the benefit of my big firm training and experience, but to be really useful, it had to be delivered at a price which was sensible in relation to the risk involved.

I am so proud to have achieved that with Aurora.

I also appreciate that workplace investigations cannot occur in a vacuum and many clients are looking for a front-to-end solution for managing workplace conduct issues. Unlike other investigations firms, Aurora has the expertise to also offer legal services, providing a complete solution.
