Aurora is a latin word meaning 'dawn' and 'new light'. This is what Aurora Workplace Law is about - whether we are shedding light on a particular workplace issue during an investigation, guiding you through the difficult times or shining a light on your achievements, Aurora is commited to strongly and positively contributing to our clients' success.

The Aurora logo was inspired by the powerful aurora australis (or "southern lights") which light up the night sky in southern latitudes of Australia. The fluidity of the aurora australis inspires our commitment to flexibility in our approach to our work so we can grow and adapt to the changing needs of our clients.

At Aurora we consider it integral to the quality of our legal services that we constantly develop our understanding and insight of your business. We do not want you to be afraid about the cost of these conversations with us. This is why we do not charge you for getting to know you and we are proud to provide alternative fee arrangements, such as fixed fees, for all services.

Aurora also appreciates that a "one size fits all" approach to legal services is outdated. We understand that many of our clients have sophisticated in-house expertise and do not require us to re-invent the wheel. We are keen to draw upon your internal insight and experience and to contribute at the level that is needed.
